Have you ever wanted to do a bit of Parkour or Free Running? I’ve been wanting to do a bit of that for a while now. It’s impressive, but requires quite a bit of conditioning for it.
What’s impressive about it? The fact that it requires so much Strength and Agility. You’re running and jumping long distances, then having to pull yourself up on the wall you’ve landed on.

Yeah, they’re great. Every time I look at a Free Running or Parkour video, I just want to get out there and go running/jumping. lol
Yeah, they make it look so amazing though, that you wanna do exactly what they are doing though, however not many people can be that good, it’s all about practicing all that stuff like every time you have time spare, but yeah these guys just show off a bit like.
