What Can You Learn From Watching Tech Shows?
Everyone has a favorite tech show on Youtube that they love to watch. Ok, just about everyone. With techies ranging from SoldierKnowsBest to Chris Pirillo, there’s a wide selection to choose from.
There’s always something you can learn via these type of shows and who doesn’t love to learn? Everyone has a subject they love and a subject they hate. Most even have favorite tech they enjoy.
Chris Pirillo puts on a wild, fun show on his Youtube channel called TLDR (The Lockergnome Daily Report.) Lockergnome is his Youtube channel which is filled with Tech no how and fun stuff, including giveaways.
Why is learning important for us to grow? Well, simply put, without learning, there’d be no growth. Growth is what makes us stronger and more passionate about the things we do. Growth molds us into the people we are today.
Chris also has some important hints in his broadcast such as: be yourself no matter what. Something that he proudly displays. Being ourselves and allowing ourselves to grow can be complex, but doesn’t have to be. It’s all in how you present yourself.
If you’re looking at building a community, take a few lessons from Pirillo. He’ll guide you in the right direction.

It’s easy to see what can be gained here. Knowledge on the latest tech, what’s hot, what’s not, recommendations, and who knows what else. Storm Trooper costumes? There’s no telling what’ll happen in some of these tech shows. Pirillo is no different. In fact, I’d go as far as saying Pirillo is the exception.
Star Wars Geeks Unite. Being a self proclaimed Geek used to be something to be made fun of for. Nowadays, Geeks fix your computers when things go bad. They keep the world running, even if they do work for the Empire.
With the world of techies coming and going, some are here to stay. Having been in the business for a long time, I forget when, Pirillo is certainly one to go to. May the learning stay alive.
What are some of your favorite Techies? Anyone that we should know about that is on the rise?
